They've given their response to this situation...and it's been consistent since 3 years ago(?) when it happened. They're evaluating suspect books, they initially arranged for buyers to be repaid through Brulato, and now that he is apparently no longer offering compensation, CGC is taking it upon themselves to compensate buyers through credit. They are not releasing the full list of Ewert submissions b/c of privacy issues, just like they said 3 years ago(?) when this 1st happened.
They care, and they've been doing something about it for years now...their policy on this has never changed.
Like Arex said, it may not be the answer "a handful of people on the internet" want to hear, but that's the answer, the same answer it's been all along.
