Problem is there are four different 1807 varieties with a small fraction ranging from R-1 to R-5. An AU S-272 would be one of the finest known and could easily sell for $70K or more. An AU S-271 might barely make the bottom end of the extended Condition Census and be worth a few thousand. An AU S-273 wouldn't make the CC at all. And an AU S-274 would just about be the finest known and easily worth in the mid five figures.
