I use regular comic boxes, only instead of storing them front to back, I store them in two rows, side to side. Not the perfect solution, but this way all the boxes are the same size. I use the drawer boxes, and the box slides out.

Boxes are here and they are nice They are the same size as the Gerbers
they have a yellowish color to them compared to the gerber gray
The card board is smoother and has a more finished feel to it also the box is tighter and sturdier
I hope this helps if I can get use to the color change I thing this might be the way I go even though they ARE NOT CHEAP  and comes out to about double per box
