Congrats to everyone! We're seeing some real progress now. Granted the TATs are the same as 2 weeks ago. But, they haven't increased!! And that's a victory.

On a related note, Value, Economy and Modern are all 10 business days later than last time. Thank God for the graders' note charges and the start of the year higher fees. I think we can all agree that they've had a real impact on TATs. A negative impact to be sure, but an impact nonetheless!

Hopefully, CGC will put in place another rate hike. Maybe they can stop taking calls altogether. That appears to be the only way to get TATs back in line. Wait, wut?
I have got GOOD news!!!! Things haven't gotten worse. But con season is starting, so there's that. Rate increases and paying for graders' notes are good cause . . . TAT?
