5 months!?!

That's the melting stuff on the sides of the road. Most of my winter pics on Facebook are with a 1 1/2 to two feet of snow on the ground. It usually starts early to mid-November and ends by April (not this or last year though.) Four years ago, there was a blizzard on Halloween. I had bizarre foliage shots with two feet high snow banks. During a regular snow storm, I have to clean my yard 2-3 times. But, the cold snow never bothered me anyway. ;)

I know I'm a little late with my Frozen #2 review, especially considering #3 has been out.

Out of the three stories in it, I liked the middle one "Travel Arendelle" the best out of the vignettes.

Elsa, Anna and Olaf go on a hike in the woods outside Arendelle to look for the natural landmark, White Stag Rock. I love doing something like this on a second date,

ae3d1c92-e839-4809-8d87-3ba24ec15b22_zpsnr69lha5.jpg

...looking for stone markers in the middle of the woods.

In my neck of the woods where I live, I have,

Monkey Rock: Monkey%202_zps0ci7fg0b.jpg

Frog Rock: Frog%20Rockk_zpskk29sfyo.jpg

Tilting Rock:DSC02595%201%20Large_zpsa3kg48w6.jpg

Turtle Rock:turtlerock_zpsu1hayc8o.jpg

...even a Sunday Driver Rock!

Anna's preparedness to bring necessary supplies in case they get lost compliments Elsa's ice powers to build a quick shelter, sets a good example of the proper respect for wilderness survival, in a potentially harsh setting.

That's good because an avalanche sets them back a little and makes them come across a mean grizzly mama bear and her cub. But Olaf's selfless regifts a present Elsa gave to him to the cub, turns everyone into a bunch of Fonzies after.

I had my fair share of close encounters with giant black bears,

...but never encountered one during a hike. But, I did run into a gigantic moose before, so I get the startled panic from meeting up with something ginormous in the great outdoors, that could charge and trample me at the drop of a hat.

But, I have pet deer like Sven,

So I think we would have a somewhat understanding between one another.

"She thinks you're stupid!" lol

after this thread got bumped a few weeks backs, I added five more 2nd prints, because I only had one or two and the way moderns are these days, you never know what people might decide to care about.

Yeah, I don't have the numbers, but I would have to guess the 2nd print's run is on the low side. Most of the raws I got were damaged as well. I do believe their will be interest eventually, as the ongoing continues. (thumbs u

That's an awesome book! I wish I would have started to get the ongoing. I was a little disappointed with the layout for Disney Princesses. Here is my daughter's copy of the #nn book I subbed. I might send in my other copy soon. <a href=IMG_2834_zpsgz5i7jmy.jpg' alt='IMG_2834_

Ugh, Just noticed all my photobucket posts have disappeared on the new boards.

...I sent in my other Frozen nn via 9.8 prescreen the other week :wishluck:
