I need that. What comic or comics (publisher/date range) have that ad?

I picked up a Flash v2 #139 (July 1998) recently and that Buffy ad is the back cover. I would think this made it to Marvel books, too.

Not an ad but how about the back of a marvel treasury.

That is pretty freakin' weird. The background to this back cover is a drawing by Alfred Crowquill from 1870. It shows his characters from his 1849 comic book Pantomime, including the costumed hero Harlequin.

I knew the drawings looked 19th century and had to be from something, but I didn't know what. Too cool.
