Yeah, if the books pictured are the highlights then the asking price is probably about retail. Not a bad group of books if you can get them at the right price.

Well, since it says "$1,000 or Best Offer" for 350 books, I guess this works out to less than $3 a book or pretty much the going rate for current new books from your LCS.

From that point of view, I don't think they are really that expensive at all.

You guys have no sense of optimism. Who's to say there isn't a Lois Lane 69 or the suggestive Rifleman cover in the batch? If I was local, I'd have gone to see it, and told you about it later.
