Dan - That Perlin commission is fantastic. Glad to hear that Don is doing better. He's the person I really wanted to get to sketch on one of these. Glad to hear that may still be a possibility.

Update on copies that are still available...

9.0 or below (5 copies) - $30/Each (all 7.5 to 9.0) - the set of all 5 is currently on eBay for $149.99.

9.2-9.4 (5 copies) - $40/Each

Since I have all the remaining copies in my possession, I ask that people send the Postage to me and the payment for the books to Patricia.

Include $7 for shipping for up to 5 copies.

I'll be selling copies for one more week. After 7/5 you will no longer be able to get these books. So, if you have been thinking about getting one, now would be the time to do it.

I wanted to let everyone know that I'm officially done selling the special Herb Trimpe blanks of Transformers #100. The 5 which were on eBay sold on the last day of the listing. Congrats to all that got a copy and look forward to seeing more finished sketches on the covers.

As a fan of Mr. Trimpe and Transformers, thank you for all the effort you went through making these available.

I took some of the Transformers #100 covers that I had gotten for myself and commissioned the first three cover artists to work on the original mini-series to do sketches on them while at the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con.

Cover Artist to Issue #1 - Bill Sienkiewicz

Cover Artist to Issue #2 - Michael Golden

Cover Artist to Issue #3 & 4 - Mark Texeira

It was fun interacting with the artists to get these done. Seems few people know that Mark was the penciler for #3 and Carl Potts was the inker. In the back of the book, Mark documented his and Carl Potts' contribution to these books. Here's the proof for all those interested:

I got these mainly for fun... if anyone is interested in picking one up, drop me a PM, I'd be open to discussing... except for the #1... that's a keeper.

A scale of measurement to describe my jealousy has not been invented yet.

The funny part is that I think I'm the first guy to ask these guys to draw Transformers in years.

You know, I'm sure I could contact these guys and commission something via snail mail. But part of the fun is meeting these guys. I'm hoping i'll see them at Emerald City Comic Con. Or a con I can get to a little easier than SDCC.

TFCon was this last weekend. There I met IDW comic book artist Casey Coller and Picked up this commission from him. Homaging Secret Origins Special number 1. The Batman villains have been replace with 1980s Transformers villains from the old Marvel comic. From Left to right we have Robot Master, The Mechanic, and Circuit Breaker. The shadow of Optimus Prime looms in the background.

I have a video interview to share with the artist Casey Coller from TFCon DC earlier this month. Casey did a sweet homage to Todd McFarlane for me with Starscream. This thing turned out amazing. Completely blown away. The guy seriously over delivered on this one!

I am in need of this book with no color breaking flaws.  I can offer $100, which is a nice premium for anyone who scored multiples a couple of years ago.

What are color breaking flaws?
