News that Quantum & Woody is in development for a television series (https://www.inverse.com/article/22125-quantum-and-woody-tv-series-valiant) has resulted in a few sales. Acclaim sales were pretty low, so there are probably no more than 15K copies (all variants combined) of their first appearance.

Not uncommon with small books like this. Henchgirl took a couple of weeks as well no big deal. Just don't expect bullet proof packing its part of the reason why I shy away from them now.

Got my copies today, looks like a sturdy package, but haven't opened them yet. Pot of chili on the stove is top priority

Just opened them, perfect condition! Smaller than a regular comic, a little bigger than ashcan size. Top quality!

I don't think that's a good comparison. While sales were low for all the late Acclaim books, Armorines 4, Shadowman 6, and Unity 2000 3 suffered from some distribution issues that the last Q&W books didn't. I've found the Q&W issues fairly cheap. You simply don't find those other books, for the most part. And while last last Q&W issues are key for completist Valiant collectors, there aren't key first appearances like issue 1, so I wouldn't expect the prices of those to climb quite as much.

There's heavy supply right now. If demand is heavier than supply, the value will go up over time. Who knows. Maybe. I like Turtles.

What is the print run looking like on the 1 in 25 Vader 3 Larocca variant? Has to be high I would think.

How many of that are the 1:25 is anyone's guess but rough estimate is 3,406

Yea I'm very well aware, I guess I should say very rough estimate instead of rough estimate. For every store that orders the threshold amount they can order as many as they want of the incentive. For every store that orders the threshold there are probably just as many if not more stores that don't order the threshold. There's no way to get an accurate print run of the incentive other than going store to store and asking them two questions. Did you meet the threshold. If yes, how many did you order.

 

The division of the total print by the threshold number is as speculative as you can get and obviously wrong.

 

In Diamond's last 25 cent sale a month ago, I ordered 30 copies of Original Sin #1 1:25 variant and got all 30.

That's a 1:25 variant that's over a YEAR old that I was able to easily order 30 copies of.

Those 1 in 25 numbers mean nothing when it comes to print run. Marvel prints as many of those things as they choose to.

 

So what's the Chucky price now?

This. It went from crazy rare to rare but once the flood subsides people want water again. Plus, even at $40 it would be a nice profit.

My Walking Dead books seem to be finally flying off the shelves. Just sold a Walking Dead 108 CGC 9.8 that has sat for awhile. Glad I took the other 3 copies off before the show last night (put one other up as an auction to test the new price point) since it looks like the 9.8 are on their way to the $150 range based on the sales this weekend.
