Love your Flash books. The Flash Annual is one of my favorite DC Annuals and one of the most difficult to find. IMHO it's a very underrated issues. I've had a raw copy since the 1980s and I prefer to keep it way to read the great stories all collected in a single annual.

Congrats!!s (worship)(worship)(worship)

Great looking copy. I have an 8.0 as well of 122. I've been picking up some of the 300's recently. It is a waiting game to find nice deals on copies in the low 100's. I'll be working hard on my registry set this year, so I'll be sure to bump the thread so you don't feel alone. lol

I just picked up a FL 112 and 113 to go along with my FL 110. Very cool books.

At SDCC last month, I saw numerous copies of FL 106, mostly raw, mostly low grade (the highest was a CGC 5.5). Prices were way to steep so I didn't pick one up, and they seemed to be just sitting there.

I was watching this 8.0 on eBay, when I just happened to check out mycomicshop and saw the book much cheaper. Had the extra money so decided to buy it

Great books guys! I'm new to dc silver, but Flash is the dc sa hero I like most. I wanted to buy some in the low 100s and almost all the issues my LCS had were SUPER faded. Is this a fluke thing? A common thing with flash comics? Or a SA dc issue?

Thanks for sharing!

Most were read back then and often outside in the light so the reason for fading. Not really a DC problem often common with a lot of books from the early days of collecting as a kid (thumbs u

I've been looking forward to reading some Flash.

Having always respected the character, I somehow never bought any.

The only Flash I read were there stories from a DC digest I was given in 1980 when I was 6.

I remember being frightened by some rock creatures, and loving the back cover.

I assume these stories were reprints. Anyone know which issues?

Anyways I just read Showcase #4 and thought it was a great 1st appearance/origin issue!

I can't wait to read Showcase #8. (After I recover from the #4 purchase..)

Starts with a great splash page! It gets right to it!

I don't remember them getting back to the guys finding him on radar. Maybe they figured it was Superman. I can't wait to read the one where the two Flash's meet!
