It was always the one I was missing as well till a fellow boardie sold me his. It's probably in the same shape as the one on eBay, a reader for sure, but apparently a valuable one.

MLJ superhero books rarely appear at shows here on the West Coast - I'd put them one level up from Centaurs as far as scarcity and such.

Was looking at the MLJ box last night. If you don't mind beaters here's a couple cool ones... I can't even find them in this shape anymore...

I love old Peps! Doesn't matter the condition. Seeing them makes me smile. I should probably go through my own more often, particularly after being bummed about not finding any at a show.

Awesome book. I love that cover! Nice grab even with the missing page!

I grabbed a book off eBay today as well. We will see if it ever shows up, but I'm not too stressed about it. Will post shortly.

It looks like the two foreground guys were cut and pasted on there from a different drawing. Maybe it was a rush job because something happened before printing? Whatever it is I like it.
