Are the PL's starting to cool or is it just this particular non-PL cover issue? hm

An 8.5 sold in Feb 2016 for 2300+ in HA and a 6.5 back in Aug 2016 for 1300+. Last recent sales in the range.
PL18 sold also tonight, same CGC 7.0 grade $1465
