This is the first time after constant trying that I was able to get on, but I'm still having major problems. Tried cell phone...same thing. Times out 4-5 times in a row, then eventually opens after 30-45 seconds but shows less than a second delay at the bottom of the screen. Then more time-outs. And yes, now it seems to be improving.
