Reading through this thread made me go back and look through my boxes of

paperbacks.

Very nice. I haven't seen that one before. Gold Medal certainly stuck in an unusual title every now and again, especially as the numbers got into the 1000s.

I have a few by Andre Norton to share. I wouldn't say I have enough like this to qualify as a collection, but that could change.

Always enjoyed having this book...from what I understand it contains the reprints

of the only three SAM SPADE short stories written, originally published in COLLIER'S

Magazine.
