It's been a super dry 2015 for me. Complete opposite of 2014.

Today, the literal and figurative weather was a bit moister.

Anyone know how to tell if the Turtles are soft head when they are MOC?

All MOC and unpunched from 1988.

Oooooh, ROTJ 2-packs! AWESOME find! Those are good money, man!

Those heads look shiny, and there's a bit of light reflecting off of them. The soft heads are noticeably duller than their plastic bodies and don't reflect the light.

The bubbles of the 2-packs are 100% sealed but are dented. I don't know how people kept them undented because they are much weaker than the standard figures. Any idea of value? I got them for pretty damn cheap.

I have loose versions of the soft head TMNT. But I'm having a hard time telling still. I wondered if they had different UPC #s or some other package marking.

Thanks for the info,

Patrick

There 2packs are all based on the figures included and condition of the bubbles. With Ackbar and Jawa ,probably $50-200 depending on if you auction or sale outright.

I was thinking the same thing. Still have fond memories of playing with my Leonardo figure and the Turtle Van :cloud9:

The "Take My Money" pic is hilarious!

After I get back from the British Virgin Islands, I may sell a couple.

I noticed that some have a large yellow card behind the figure. It has a list of the what comes with the particular figure. You can kind of see it in the Donatello on the 1st picture. Yellow listing is nearly identical to the background of all the others. Any explanation to that?

I found a tantalizingly few this weekend!

Literally something for everyone in one small, nine book batch. Comics from the 50s sure are fun to find!

Nice score! This is what I like about flea markets. Anything can turn up even some real oldies. I see quite a few modern books but finding 10 centers does still happen if you go all the time and early. The Space Adventures #12 and the Two Fisted Tales are real winners. Congrats and keep hunting!

Thanks, RM!

That Gang Busters looks to fit in your baseball themed cover collection that you posted in your Golden Age thread. You might have posted it actually, I can't recall.
