Who is the gray haired guy in the promo?

 

The bald guy at the 36 second mark? (It goes by pretty quick)

 

If that's the guy, I think that's the shape-shifter they took down a couple episodes ago.

Was he bald? I kept trying to stop it, to look, but didn't look at the mark. I thought he had gray spiky hair.
