Right before episode 4. It details the theft of the original death star plans.

 

It's a prime opportunity for us to finally get another *real* star wars movie, one that takes place during the rebellion, involving real x-wings and tie-fighters, star destroyers, etc. And hopefully darth vader, not as the whiner from episodes 3 or 6, but the bad-arse from episodes 4 and 5.

There's a rumor that tarkin is going to be in the movie, done entirely in CGI. I don't believe it, at least in part because there is already another actor who they can use to play tarkin, the guy who played him at the end of episode 3.

Your right. Originally I thought the Tarkin we saw at the end of Sith was all CGI, but I was wrong, he was played by this guy.
