CGC Detached Staple Notation

Here's a variation on the question:

Assume a book otherwise has all the attributes of a 9.4, really sharp-looking book ... but it has four (4) staples from a manufacturing error. So two staples at the top, and two on the bottom (this is an early 70s DC book that I have).

Do the additional staples affect the grade? I assume it would be blue label, but would there be a notation?

Anyone seen this before?

Thanks for the help guys, I was thinking blue with a note but i'm sure only having 1 staple would affect overall grade in some fashion

Per OPG it does not, but there are plenty of instances where CGC and OPG differ.

I was wondering the same thing and when researching I found this old thread. I also found multiple examples online of CGC blue labels where the one detached staple was noted on the case. 

I sent in a first appearance silver teen titans in about fn/vf with both staples pulled through cleanly and it came back blue label 2.0 - harsh I thought

Also send in Marvel Premier 1 in about 9.0 with a single staple pulled and it came back 8.5 'green label'.  I called them and they said that meant it would grade 8.5 but for the staple pull.
