His name has been from basically the day he got here. He came in and accused a store owner of "raping" him. In his first set of posts

Then of course we had to invent the term "hustrucked" for the fact that he would regularly lowball offers, including joking about doing it in a charity thread .

Then there is the fact that he "had a paypal issue" last month with all of his payments bouncing to 3 very well known and well respected members of the boards.

Finally there is the Hulk 181 mess. Which just sold the other day. That just kinda sums up his mess. I don't think he belongs on the HoS, he's just scum and should be treated as such. Maybe we can make the pariah list?

If someone is on the PL and starts a sales thread do people post in that thread that he is in fact on the PL if they notice?

 

That is a much debated topic and a thin line between notifying fellow board members and thread crapping. The general consensus was (correct me if I am wrong) is that if one person posted the info with the link it would most likely be ok, but not if 20 people posted in there. I think Dr. Balls or someone created an awesome picture one time that could be used.

I honestly never saw that in the profile. I saw something about him being an expert/king or something along those lines.

Yes very true. Tried to buy some comics from me on eBay (same comics he tried buying from here). Said his PayPal was good, then when auction ended and i sent invoices...he had some problems with payapl and would be able to send a check!

I'm absolutely amazed that this insufficiently_thoughtful_person hasn't been banned from the boards. It should have happened a long time ago.

He is a walking, talking friday thread and further more nothing but a sickness to this community.

I'm not trying to be Hustruck's advocate, but I can't quite figure this one out.

Now that he's on the probation list, what would be his remedy to get off the probation list?

Does he have to meet 4comix with a 9.0 Hulk 181 and accept $2k in cash?

Yes. Alternatively, he could reach some other satisfactory agreement with 4comix such as giving 4comix a deal on another book (I'd advise 4comix to avoid this route) or make a charitable contribution with proof.

So if 4comix just says no, he's on there forever?

No, that's just one possible remedy. Another is to complete the deal as intended (hulk 181 cgc 9.0 at agreed price) another is "measure of damages" and look at the position the buyer would be in (in possession of a hulk 181 worth about 2500) verses what he paid and reimburse him the difference (about 300 dollars). And of course any other form of remedy the two parties can agree to. Finally if hustruck is trying to make restitution in good faith and 4comix is just refusing anything (a.k.a acting in bad faith) he could come off. That would of course require a majority of us recognizing that.

Also, sha, hustruck got himself into this mess, no one put him here. Don't list a book you don't have. Its as simple as that.
