As you know, a pancake is exactly the same as a cupcake, except for being made in a pan instead of a cup, and not looking or tasting anything like a cupcake.

 

Ok...it pretty much looks like ...but it was my first attempt at spoon/batter reverse-calligraphy.

Until you've perfected your technique, maybe you could practice using other letter combinations, such as PGX or MHC? At least it will give you a bit of variety.

Yeah, It might have a fluffy white center but I see considerable tanning on the cover.
