At a 6.5, this is the highest graded copy on the CGC census. Only two books graded!? There are 24 number ones'. Issues 2 and 6 are very tough in any grade.

From January 1951 comes Strange Adventures 4. The 2nd story in the book is drawn by the great Carmine Infantino. Except for a small missing piece on the right side of the cover, it's in great shape. Wonder how CGC would grade the book? You don't see this book on the boards or at shows very often. (Sorry about that white glare.)

Agreed. Rick has the finest DC Science Fiction titles collection.

 

Here's a book that one doesn't see very often. It's not ultra HG but it's a decent-looking copy: It's MIS 23 from Dec-Jan. 1954-1955 a very tough era in which to find decent copies of DC Science Fiction books.
