Well, I thought the turn-around time for standard tier was 15 days, but my books that were received 7/14 are still at verified, 18 days later.

Yah that's 14-15 business days, depending if you count the receipt date. Sounds like they won't finish, but I think most reasonable people would say they're not late til after Monday.

I would call about this. That's outrageous
