I was thinking the same thing. The last 2 posted are very small lots though, that may help, I don't know.

Edit: well obviously fewer books take less time to grade

How many books in your 6/2 lot? I have some that went to graded on the 18th (see yours on the 16th and Meeklo on the 17th). Mine at graded and about 35 books.

27 Books on my invoice. I have no way of knowing if larger lots take longer to move through phases. Just a guess on my part. I can't complain either, as I've seen movement fast than a lot of people.

FIFO is a joke and proven here many a time that it doesn't happen. I have no problem with a small lot "moving" come the end of the day they like hey we have 20 mins and only time to do 10 books lets take this box with 10 books in it rather than the one with 40...however no reason a small box should move in the middle of the day that was received afterwards IMO.

I guess adding a prescreen option adds a full month to the tier time currently
