when it moves from graded to graded/qc does that mean its been slabbed?

+1 my standard magazine took almost 30 business days to come back to me. It was held up in encapsulation.

For once it would be nice for someone to come back and say "I got mine back in less time than I was quoted!"

Seems like if I was always in a hurry for my books, I would only do coupon or standard submissions. I have done 8 on coupons, and 9 on standard and been pleased every time. As far as the expense, I buy my moderns already slabbed and save time and money!
