A While ago there was a Thread about Spine realignment involving a Guy Thomas Wilson ...Well I wanted to buy myself a Xmas gift early with a gift card I got for my BDAy. I BOUGHT Iron Man 55. The seller is Collectors Comics Oceanside California. NOW I READ THIS POST. I contacted him, no response I bid, I WON he just shipped after I contacted him. So I googled as much as I could found this thread and Joined today. I need help

Ok To be Clear the Issue is a Thread I will Post. I Will post the Ebay Link of the Item, and i will then post the link to the thread on this forum.

In my opinion, you can file a paypal claim, but do your research before you buy. Sorry to not sympathize more. Always contact the seller first though.

Yeah, they describe it as "Higher grade"

 

I'd return it as item not as described as soon as that bad boy arrives and chalk this whole thing up as a lesson learned.
