I'm looking forward to it, but it's difficult to see this film being much better than Transformers. It's got a good director, so I'm hoping I'm wrong.

4 reasons it may be better than transformers:

1) No Michael Bay

B) Superior Cast

and Second of All) No Michael Bay.

This, plus what Bosco said.

My forty year old self is as excited as my inner 9 year old.

I'm taking the kiddos and buying the biggest popcorn and coke they have.

I want to see Robotech done like this.

Yes, please.

I sat down last Summer and watched all 83 (?) episodes with my kiddos.

The jewel of my toy collection is my original Matchbox Scott Bernard Cyclone.

I want to see this on the big screen!

This is definitely a movie you want to see in an IMAX.

:whee:

I'm going to watch it on my iPod just to spite you.

The official movie site is made for big robot fans. And it has this scroll feature that allows you to just shoot across the site which I have never seen used before.

Gipsy Danger is one wild looking robot. The toy line is supposed to be amazingly detailed.
