Seriously though, there's no way I'd live there. I don't care how many family members I may have there, I'd move out/never move in.

I live about 30 miles away from Gotham. It's a little suberb of Nottingham, a city historically noted for it's share of robbers. Now mainly noted for it's high levels of gun crime and street violence. So in answer top your question, No. I would not live there. Linky
I remember the list in a documentary on Channel 4 where Nottingham was placed first as the most violent and crime-ridden city in the UK.
