Due to a prior commitment to PulpFest, Michelle Nolan won't be attending the dinner. Steve B also informed me that Maggie Thompson has bowed out as well.
Steve will be posting payment info a little later this afternoon

Sorry all! Got the flu which turned into bronchitis and have been out of it since the Heritage auction
Now.....Let's Party!
Here's the deal:
GIBSON'S STEAK HOUSE (Across from the con attached to the DoubleTree Hotel) Saturday night 7PM The Stephens Room
We all meet and have a drink, get seated, and eat....
Salad to start
Next a choice of 1 main course: 7oz Filet 10oz Filet 16oz Bone-In Sirloin 22oz WR Chicago Cut Brioled Swordfish Penne With Vegetables In Garlic & Oil
All served with a giant baked potato and vegetable combination platter
Coffee served after dinner
The cost will be $65 per person and that includes tax and 20% gratuity. If we are a little light, and we usually are, I will cover the difference out of my pocket, but if we are over by a bit, I will give the extra money to the Hero Initiative charity.
Please PayPal me the money at: sborock@gmail.com and in the header you must put "CGC FORUM DINNER" as I do not want to mix this money up with the money for the charity auction we have been running. Also, please send your real name and forum name, and anyone else you are paying for besides yourself, along with the payment.
I believe this is our 10th anniversary of having a Chicago Forum Dinner at Gibson's! So, to celebrate, I think I have some special guests lined up for this dinner. Don't worry, your $65 does not pay for part of their dinner. I will be paying for any special guests out of my pocket as my gift to all of us.
Looking forward to seeing everyone!!!!

Paid Added a little extra because you'll probably be shorted again. If you would stop ordering to go dinners and LI Teas, the bill would be correct.
