No hidden surprises inside book. Moderate spine wear not visible in scan. Problem is price sticker someone pasted directly on back cover. I have no idea how this effects grade. \(shrug\) Many thanks for your help. \:\)

Is the color stained inside the book from the sticker on the back?

Good question. It does go through to the inside bc but not onto the last page. Let me know what you think.

I'd call it a 6.0 without the sticker with spine and edge wear being the main issues... But think that the sticker and stain need to have an impact of some sort, likely dropping the grade by another 0.5 or 1.0.
