I play tennis twice a week and do short bike rides to and from work so I do OK. Haven't been able to do any long rides so far this year because the weather has been atrocious.

My new to me S-Works 29er. I've already replaced the pedals with platforms (my preference), just have to find a more comfortable saddle as this one is an azz killer.\





Dusted off my '98 Jamis yesterday, rode it over to the in-laws for dinner. Biking is a great way to measure just how out of shape you are.

There is so much goodness in this thread. Love those photos!!.. We have a great 10 mile single track trail around a nice lake here in New Castle, IN ..

Well, three days in and I get my first injury. So I could only do 25 miles today but about 8 of those were uphill and it was a baking hot day, so more of a challenge than yesterday.

2 miles out and I was heading for those cliffs you can just about see in the distance.
