How in heaven's name do you guys do this? With hundreds of films out there - some well known and some not so well known - I am truly amazed.

I messed up with the first guess meaning to say " The Monster That Challenged the World". Then I realized I hastily typed in wrong one. It Counquered the World starred Lee Van Cleef and Beverly Garland.

This is a pretty cool scene from the movie (which I just watched - it comes on a double-feature DVD along with 'It! The Terror From Beyond Space', which was Image challenge 10).

Congratulations, DR.X.

It would have taken me a bunch of guesses to have correctly nailed that one.

There is some really classic nonsense in this film. The scene in the lab where the monster hatches and has the woman and her daughter trapped in the closet. The commander of the base comes in and shoots it with a ..................fire exstinguisher. He then tells someone to go for help.

Its a military base for crips sake. Why does it take four or five minutes to go get help, and why doesn't the commander of this base have a side arm pistol. Who is he, Andy Taylor. Just great stuff.

This was noted western actor Tim Holt's first movie in 5 years (and it shows).

Audrey Dalton is still with us (age 78).
