Looks like a really great book that should get into the 9's without a problem.
I'd say 9.6
Not sure on the idea of slabbing though for such relatively recent books.

If it doesn't have any spine ticks I think it could hit a 9.8. The only thing I am seeing is some color wear around the corners.

I would say it is a 9.6-9.8.
As far a getting it slabbed I think it is worth it, GPA shows a 9.6 sold for $175 in July of 12 and a 9.8 sold for $395 in July of 12.
