It's interesting to me that the top two men and top three women are really close in points, which probably means whoever does best in the Olympics goes to #1 since points aren't falling off for that event. Makes it kind of cleaner.

(Perhaps not, because of the summer US schedule getting moved around--not sure who is losing points from that in the next few weeks. For instance, I think Sharapova played Stanford last year but isn't there this week. IIRC, Nadal and Federer usually take about a month off after the French/Wimbledon crunch, so Fed probably doesn't have any points to defend.)
