Don't let these guys jerk you around. To change your custom title, go to My Stuff, then go to Preferences. You can change your custom title there.

Someone please call shenanigans on this.  It's real. I operated heavy equipment my whole life. Seems like one could have a lot of business using one of these things in the States. I doubt they'll catch on here - we mainly use concrete and asphalt to pave but pavement made from bricks are much more commonplace in Europe. Looks to be easier maintenance also (but that's just my simplistic opinion, not because I know anything). Maybe pedestrian walkways? 
I'm not thinking public roads so much as I am private drive-ways or commercial property. Golf cart paths for example.
