I've got the ONLY graded copy of Li'l Kids #12 and its a 9.8, I've also got a #11 which again is the ONLY graded copy at 9.6. Trust me and Ghost Town the rest of these book aren't any easier to find. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Li'l Kids, Peter the Little Pest, Harvey & Homer the Happy Ghost are THE toughest Bronze Age Marvel books to find in high grade as a series. There are specific issues of other series that may be close, but the kiddie books are tough.
Check my sig for the above books, they are sweet!

Always looking for ultra high-grade copies of Atlas-Seaboard books. By the way, got any high grade (9.8) Liberty Meadows?

I don't know if this question has already been asked- couldn't find any threads.
I don't think any of them are rare, but I think there are a few that are rare in high grade.
Li'l Kids #1 and Li'l Pals #1 come to mind right away. Also Harvey #1. Maybe Yogi Bear #1 too. Of course, there could be some out there sitting raw in collections and people don't think they're worth slabbing. But so far, they seem pretty scarce in nice shape.
HGC of each are listed on Pedigree
Interesting prices. To be honest thats not something I can really pay, but I haven't seen anything to tell me that these books aren't worth that. Only 2 9.4 of the Li'l Kids #1 exist and that is the only 9.4 with an 8.5 being the closest on the Li'l Pals.
This isn't an issue of collectors or dealers not slabbing these books, dealers know their worth. There just aren't that many of them out there.

I agree very few of these have ever been found at all.
Terry, how many known copies exist of each?
2-3? or more?
Very few but to be honest I have not keept up with it all that well in the last few years so ShieldAgent would probably be the one who could answer that question.

I'm just wondering that besides the variants mentioned above, the rarest BA comic might be a comic magazine and the one I'm thinking of is Gothic Tales of Love 1 - I never see this book.
Yeah bro, very rarly see Gothic Tales of Love mags. A kinda nice looking #1 sold the other day on ebay for 199.....guy also had a #3 going off...last time I looked I think it was 499. I still need all three issues.
