Q: As of 1920, what percentage of the total amount issued by the First National Bank of Porto Rico at San Juan was still outstanding following the bank's liquidation in 1911?

in 1920, there was 23,990 out of a total issue of 301,300, or 8%.

Almost all of it was outstanding (97%). Liquidation happened September 8, 1911. At that time, 100,000 was issued... 97,000 outstanding.
