Don't mind keeping this one....only reason it's for sale is that I also have a Kirby autographed 6.5 copy as my keeper.
Ehi, jimbo, we have something in common! Fantastic Four #8 is, for various reasons, my favorite issue, and it happened I found it when I was in Los Angeles, in 1991, so I bought it to have it autographed by Jack (which i went on to interview a few days later). For some reason (Jack was already having health problems I’ve read in Mark Evanier’s biography) I think that was actually Roz which autographed the books on Jack’s part, but who cares? I was there, I had my FF #8 (never bought and neither saw such a low issue before them, remember I’m italian!) and personally "blessed" by Jack. So even if it‘s about a VG, I will never be able to replace it.
@sacentaur: Great move! One of the most touching early FF tales. Introducing Alicia and his suffered relationship with his unstable father.
P.S. Who's "junior"? Your son?

This copy is glossy but has a couple of chips keeping it from the 5.0 range. Someone wrote # 1 on the outside of the bag and there is a faint indention of that on the cover (no writing and hard to see). GREAT color. Daredevil #1.....c/ow.....VG.....$ 500 What the heck, I guess I can skip my mortgage payment Wow, great pickup on a very nice looking book! +1 Nice looking book at a very good price.
Yes, super happy with the opportunity to pick this one up! Lucky I checked the boards before heading out to work!
