The fact that the only thing that stands out is the reverse toning. We all know reverse toning is not nearly as nice as obverse. I would say the key word is definately arguably. We have all seen coins which are over graded and this is no different.

Many who have seen this coin in hand argue that it is still undergraded, deserving a 66. You won't find me complimenting Jason too often, but in this case I have to agree. Being in the top 25 itself doesn't mean anything, as many many people just buy themselves there with little if any knowledge of the series or fervor for numismatics. However, in Jason's case, Frankies are his strength. When it comes to grading and a knack for finding Frankies with great eye appeal, Jason is tops. $\(thumbs u$ It must be getting really late or I'm having a delirious day $;\)$
