It's a violent game and TBI's are going to happen no matter what i think. There is DEFINITELY going to have to be a MAJOR, MAJOR plan by the league though to put a HUGE amount of money from the TV contracts into pensions, research, therapy, etc. The amount they give now is a joke and a bad one at that.
