Hey all...just a few books tonight, all of which are from my personal stash of nicer stuff which I really hadn't planned on selling...or at least not yet! Unfortunately, current events in my household have forced me to reconsider. The bottom line is that these are all too nice for my purposes, and certainly too nice for me to hang onto for much longer, especially now.
TERMS: FREE SHIPPING in the US! -- ALL prices listed below include domestic US shipping and insurance. Sorry -- NO international shipping for these. Payment is via PayPal only, and is expected within 3 days of closing the deal (unless we've made other arrangements via PM).
The first unconditional in the thread wins the book, and trumps any/all PM negotiations; PM offers are considered (and accepted or not) at my discretion.
NO probies, HOS'ers, etc., etc. Can't we all just get along?!?
Finally, my feedback thread is located here...it's under my old username, but it's still me!

Conan #1: Looks VF/NM or so with WP (!) and outstanding cover gloss and color. BUT there is a thin, faint strip of light, caramel-colored residue along the bottom edge of the FC (it's most visible in the word "Conan" in the text box at the lower right). There are also a few spots of minor bleed-through staining on the inside FC at the same location.
If this is what remains of some ancient cello tape, it wasn't necessary -- there are no rips, tears, etc. at that spot to be repaired.
Who knows why people did such things in the '70s? Drugs? Utopia concerts? The Captain and Tennille? Reading it on a hot day while eating Cracker Jacks? I have no clue. I was going to have it cleaned off (which I'm sure is reasonably easy to do), but I never got around to it, sooooo...
...this is a great book for someone who wants--overall--a super nice looking, bright, colorful, glossy, (structurally) higher-grade copy with outstanding interior paper for less than VF Guide.
$95 shipped and insured in the US.
SOLD!!!

Fantastic Four #55: VF/VF-. OW/W paper. Early Surfer appearance and a classic Thing-Surfer battle. VERY deep color strike and gloss on this cover. Sweet book...I've had this one a long time -- I'll miss it.
$85 shipped and insured in the US.

Amazing Spider-Man #29: Fine. OW/W paper. Note the transverse crease on the FC--some of which is color breaking--going through the Scorpion's tail and Spidey's right thigh.
