Pursuing "legal action" or otherwise over a person to person internet transaction is a laughable premise.
I disagree. As of now, he essentially has stolen my money, including your $100 and many other boardies' money.
Bear with me here, I'm thinking out loud, but I don't know at what amount of money that this could become a felony, and I don't know how much money he has stolen from us, but it could get to that level if he truly has stiffed enough of us.
He and I both reside in NY, so if I do pursue legal action, it won't be so complicated as it would be if we didn't live in the same state.
There's a number of people I've been in contact with through PM's who are owed money. I found other threads from long ago with similar problems. Someone told me there were also complaints in the past on deviant art.
I never would have done this stupid sketch op if I had known this. Not being dramatic here. I'm just stating plainly that I wish I had that information.

I don't even care, to me it's a lost cause. I feel bad for his circumstances if he has financial woes or family problems. All I want is an explanation or a .. "dude, I'm sorry I can't give anything, but I wish you the best".....
