Can you recommend any good Comic shops in that area?

Well, Daves comics and collectibles, Galactic Quest (2 locations), Oxford Comics, Titan Comics (3 Locations).

Tea House is nice, i do find the small amount of back issues they had last time i was there were a little pricey (this was about two years ago)
