/\ Not that I have seen. There were no facilitators at Emerald City (other than CGC of course!) and they were taking sigs at their allotted time slots to anyone with a shiny red ticket!

Interesting, I've only ever sent one book in for a CGC SS event since I've been collecting, so I'm not completely familiar with the steps and practices behind it all.

Wait a minute, something looks real fishy in that auction. It looks like the book has been cracked out of the outer seal and placed on top of the case when it was photographed. Look how far the actual comic is hanging over the bottom edge of the CGC case:
