Parking under the convention center sold out all 5 days.
Still available at the other locations. The Hilton garage is $10, but the others are $20-$25 per day.

Hilton garage is right next to the convention center and from what I'm told, closest to the best way to come into the con in the morning.

that is the lot I got..I was worried since it was the cheapest lol

Was slow by an hour seeing the Facebook notification, wanted to get the underground convention parking. But heck, $10 at the Hilton for 2 days is ok with me compared to paying $45 for a one day parking last year at a nearby lot.

Where is the text notification you speak of? Is it on the SDCC page or the Parking garage's page?

I asked the same question. He's suggesting you follow SDCC on Twitter.

Yes, follow Comic-con on Twitter and activate the mobile notification option.
You won't get flooded with spam. They tweet realtime alerts for important stuff like this....

Prepaid Parking is now open for selected parking lots. Visit the ACE Parking website at https://www.thepermitstore.com/comic-con/gp/

And this....

Comic-Con Hotel Reservations are open again, with rooms available in Mission Valley! http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci_hotel.php

And the mobile option will text msg.your phone.

I find the service more useful than checking the site or the email notifications.
Give it a try.
