I'm thinking we should start a Forum Sales "Probation" Thread where forum members can post notices of non-paying members, i.e., those that have posted the little guy in response to sales threads, and suddenly developed amnesia when it comes time to pay.
You can also post, "I paid for it, now where is it" messages here as well. Probation is probation.
I suggest a 1-month waiting period on any transaction before outing the scoundrel here. If the issue hasn't been resolved in a month, chances are, it's gone to the dogs!
Updates will be provided on a daily basis, when possible. Names will be removed from the Probation List upon notification of resolution between the buyer and seller. Let's try to be responsible here, and have the thread serve a purpose to the community.
What does everyone think? Perhaps it will work better than the "witch hunt" threads we've seen in the past. Comments welcome.
GENERAL PUBLIC SERVICE NOTICE ON POSTING GUIDELINES
Note that the members of this board are encouraged to POLITELY point out posts that violate the marketplace posting guidelines, and to notify the moderators.
Thread starters: If you disagree that the guidelines have been violated and have reasons, then take it to the discussion thread and hash it out there. But please take the time to read the guidelines.
A probation list for bad transactions is maintained by the community. You are still responsible for your own transactions.

Ok, let's try this again as this actually does serve a purpose for either resolving certain transactions and or working as a "buyer/seller" beware thread.

How can a seller post up comics in a certain grade and then ship them not bagged and boarded? They obviously will lose value in transit. You shouldn't have to specify that they will be bagged and boarded, because if you pay $300 for comics then anyone would expect them to be well taken care of and thats obviously not the case here. Very sorry to hear about your problems.
