See red spot in ray
It'ed copper spot in ray:s a copper spot and not something on surface of coin

As with any coin we would need to see the piece in person to give an accurate evaluation. Judging from other similar coins we have worked on with similar issues we likely could help the spot on the reverse of your coin. There appears to be a grey residue accross the bottom of the eagle. If this is something on the coin and not a function of the image, we would have to see the coin in order to determine what might be done about that.
