I just received a few JIM's from Dave and some of his 8.0's look better than most 9.0 and 9.2 that were recently graded by CGC

I especially love the run from 59-80 or so, with first the Hulk, and then the Sub-Mariner coming on board. Trying to put it together in fact in high grade, which is a bit of a challenge, at least if you don't want to overpay. Still can't get my head around the fact that TTA 70, which is Subby's "1st issue" in the title and as a primary character is still nowhere near as popular then Sub-Mariner # 1 which comes out, what, three years later? Certainly a cool little run.

And his packaging was very secure to boot. Highly recommend him as a seller. Two big thumbs up. \(thumbs u \(thumbs u

Received my FF # 2 the other day....certainly a beauty for a VF. One of my favorite SA Marvel stories of all time, even if it reads more like a pre-hero book.

I'm contemplating some of David's other material, but between the CC auction, tax season, the upcoming C-link auction, and the fact that I've fallen into the "trap" of buying collections again, well, there's only so many ways to stretch a buck these days.

Agree 100% here, TTA 70 is such a cool book; I almost bought a dupe VF the other day from my LCS.

Now if only someone had say, oh a universal CGC 8.5 with ow-to-w pages...

A few more books are gone:

TOS 46
TOS 52
TOS 57
TTA 44
X-men 4

Also all remaining Fantastic Four in the photobucket pictures between 21 - 50 are sold. I still have FF 9 and 11. plus a bunch between 53 - 102 in 9.2.

This thread closes at the end of the weekend so if you are still on the fence about things the clock is ticking.

So far...

received my TOS 41, 42, 49, 50, 59 from David....all packaged well, although customs can be a bugger.

nice books.....

Thanks

Surprised at many still standing in the list. Those Strange Tales are not easy to come by. And neither are the TTA's
