ywkyee ywkyee Hobbyist Registered: 11/02/11 Posts: 31	Hi, There is a china silver coin detected with PVC and returned to me without into the holder, so I am wondering can this coin send to NCS if can remove PVC and grade again by NGC? and does it include 2 charge both for NCS and NGC? where can i find the fee go for NCS? thanks/Davis.

CHRISS CHRISS NCS Customer Service Collectosaurus Rex Registered: 11/06/02 Posts: 512 Loc: FL	The conservators at NCS usually can remove PVC residue from the surface of a coin. Assuming the PVC has not etched into the surface causing permanent damage and there is not an additional surface problem such as improper cleaning, this coin should be gradeable by NGC once the residue is removed.
