Brave and the Bold 28 - coupon clipped out of back cover - $500
This book looks like a 3.5 - 4.0 with cream pages, but the Charles Atlas coupon is clipped (and partially torn) out of the inside back cover. The kid obviously was a weakling getting sand kicked in his face. After buying Brave and the Bold 28 he got strong. Let the same thing happen to you!

First up - Adventure 40 - missing the back cover. SOLD
The insides are really nice. The cover is really nice. The back cover was probably really nice also, but it decided to leave. So we are left with an incomplete book. And a very affordable book! Bonus!
Pages are off-white. The staples are very clean and shiny. The front cover was neatly split exactly at the spine line. It looks like would have been a 7.0 - 7.5 type copy if complete. Included is a black and white photocopy of the back cover, inside and out, and a color copy of the front cover as an added bonus.
Wow. Congrats to the buyer, I think I would have pulled the trigger on this.
An historically significant little piece of Americana. This has the first ever installment of L. Ron Hubbard's Dianetics. Yes, that's right. The Church of Scientology started right here! There is a water stain along the bottom portion of the spine but all of the paper is there and there is no discoloring along the spine facing.

It certainly wouldn't have survived Pons Con at the end of next month. Todd and I would have been arm wrestling over it
