Unfortunately the new Hulk has formed an organization and he's running around the Country to every talk-show and news outlet he can repeatedly displaying the faucet fire scene in the film as related to fracking.

Handling and disposing of the massive amount of wastewater generated during the fracking process is certainly an issue of concern, and the State of Texas has said that some underground injection of wastewater has led to seismic occurrences there as well. Again, this goes with exactly how you define an earthquake.
 You sound exactly like a certain public figure of the 1990s: " It depends exactly on how you define sex." 
The only thing I want to point out here (besides that fracking is a stupid thing to allow ourselves to do to our planet) is that the fracking sites actually make Texas look a little more uglier than usual in that arial photo

Here are some chemicals that get into the water supply.
Triclosan, magnesium, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, ammonium laureth sulfate, lauryl polyglucose, lauramidopropylanine oxide, SD Alcohol 3A, sodium xylene sulfonate, sodium chloride, pentasodium pentetate, sodium bisulfite, quaternium 15.
Sounds kinda scary huh?
These are the ingredients in Dawn Dishwashing liquid.
My point in this post is that all of us on a daily basis dump chemicals into the water supply. Fracking? None.
